I & I Cease Fire

I sat down and watched some news just about thirty minutes ago and Israel and Iran (Persia) have arrived at a ceasefire. Not being one to underestimate enemies of the world I hope it lasts with Iran. Bless Israel as Jerusalem is named by Christ to be where His kingdom will be centered when He comes to rule over those left after the end. Of course, you may consider the foregoing a bit odd to write if you do not read the bible.

The bible has identified our times from Matthew 24 to Revelations and all gears of the end are meshed now. I don’t put this here lightly but have studied this since around 1974 so it seems apt to say it.

A “godless generation” and “nations not knowing the way out” are but two of myriad parables in reference to the end and what to watch for. I did not expect to see this in my lifetime but made myself aware of this in seeking my faith again after Vietnam. Perhaps combat gave me a jaded perspective?

Undoubtedly it did. How could it not? However, I am a reasonable man and not one of political inanities or thinking in either wing of our political system. Rather, I am objective and realistic about human behavior and psychology does not enter into my process when studying the bible. Only as psychology pertains to mankind do I listen to it at all.

Spirituality is sometimes linked to psychology but they have nothing in common as one is of the mind and the other of the heart. No matter to those who love to argue. It is of matter to God, however.
